When will my order ship?
Because shipping may vary depending on the vendor, please see "item details" for production times. Keep in mind that upgrades DO NOT expedite production time.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on your order amount.
Will the items on my order ship together or seperately?
To offer you the widest selection of high-quality and unique products, we use additional vendors for some of the items on our Web site. Because shipping may vary depending on the vendor, please see "item details" for production times. You will not be billed for each shipment ¿ only one shipping charge will be added.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Do you have a printed catalog?
No, but our entire collection can be viewed online.
What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard,Discover Card, or PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Louisiana.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order. Please be aware that when paying by PayPal, your order will not be processed until payment is received.
INVITATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT ORDERS
Do you offer invitation/announcement samples?
Yes, please send your request to support@twingiftsandinvitations.com. Please note that samples are not individually personalized.
Why must I place my invitation/announcement order before I can get my personalized proof? Proofs are a very time cosuming process. We do not have the resources to s
end proofs to non-customers and we certainly do not want to have to charge our customers for this service! Don't WORRY!!! This is supposed to be a fun experience, we will not print anything that doesn't make sense or that looks bad. We will work with you during the proofing process to achieve the perfect setup!
Can I order blank, non-personalized invitations/announcements?

hmmm... Were you referring to our personalized line of invites and announcements?
Sorry, the answer is no. But we have a great reason for declining. :) All of our cards start from plain, white stock. No pre-printed borders or run of the mills stock designs offered here. So it doesn't save any money for us to print your cards without personalized information. We also decline to sell blank cards because we are SO personal and SO custom that we can arrange absolutely anything you could want, and quite frankly, we're professionals so it's going to look amazing! And if that's still not good enough, it's because we are so proud of our work and exclusive designs that we don't want to take a chance with them getting printed "at home" with questionable quality.
How long will it take to get my proof?
Turnaround time is 2-3 business days. For example, if your order is placed on Friday during business hours, you can expect to receive your proof via email on or before the following Wednesday.
How long will it take my order to ship once my proof is approved?
Your order will be printed and shipped 2-3 business days after your proof is approved.
I need my invitation/announcement order FAST!! What are my options?
Production Rush - receive your preview in 1 business day and your order ships 1 business day after proof is approved. This add on can be found in our "Services and Add On's" category.
Expedited Shipping - See shipping chart above. All options available during checkout.
Do you offer return address printing? Yes, you may add this option to your order in our "Services and Add On's" category.
POLICIES
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible!! Your order cannot be in the printing or shipping process yet. If your cancellation is approved, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Time has gone into your order at that point and a full refund will not be issued under normal circumstances. We are reasonable, if there are extreme circumstances we will consider that on a per order basis
What is your return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill out the customer request form at the bottom of this page for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please note, the order must be returned within 7 days of issuance of the return authorization number. Customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost or returned packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
Can I return personalized items?
Due to the nature of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold,) personalized favors and gifts are
non-returnable and non-refundable.
How long before I receive my refund?
After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
Do you charge restocking fees?
In order to receive a RA# for return, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will not charge a restocking fee on these returns.

Are online transactions on your site secure?
All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet.
How do you use my contact information?
We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to any other sources.
